Fellowship Database Guide

Welcome to the Enhanced Fellowship Portal

We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully implemented an enhanced system for accessing and updating your information within our fellowship database. With this new system, you can effortlessly search for and obtain your unique identification number if your details are already recorded.

1. How to Search for Your Details

1. Access the Fellowship Search Portal.
2. Select your Chapter / Country from the dropdown menu. (This automatically locks the correct international dialing code for accurate matching).
3. (Optional) Filter by your Faculty to narrow down the results.
4. Enter your Email, Name, or Mobile Number in the search box.
5. Click the "Search Records" button.
6. If your details exist in the database, they will be displayed in the results table below.

2. How to Update Your Details

If you find your record but need to correct or update your information:

1. Locate your record in the search results and click the "Edit" button on the right.
2. The edit form will expand directly below your record.
3. Update the required information (Email, Mobile, Date of Birth, Year of Fellowship, Chapter, Faculty).
4. Click the "Update Profile" button.
5. Upon successful updating, you will receive an automated email containing your updated details and your Unique Identification Number. (Kindly check both your inbox and spam folder).

3. How to Register (If Details Are Not Found)

If the search returns no results, you will need to initiate the registration process as a new member:

1. Click the link provided on the search page to go to the Registration Portal.
2. Select your Chapter / Country (the country code will lock automatically).
3. Enter your personal and fellowship details accurately in the provided spaces.
4. Click the "Submit Registration" button.
5. You will receive an automated email indicating that your profile is "Awaiting Verification".
6. The College will verify the provided information. Once complete, you will receive a final email containing your official Unique Identification Number.
